Physical Products
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and unworn/unused. Please contact me at business@vrindagold.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
I will contact you when I have received the item and verified its condition. You will then be refunded the original total cost of the item.
Damaged Physical Products
If you notice damage upon unpacking your item, please contact me at business@vrindagold.com within 48 hours of receiving your item with digital images of the damage. You will be asked to ship the damaged item back to me. I will provide you with a return shipping label.
I will contact you when I have received the item and assessed the damage. Depending on the severity of the damages:
- I will make my best attempt to repair or replicate the item, and if successful, ship back the new or repaired item free of charge.
- If I am unable to repair or replicate the item, you will be refunded the original total cost of the item.
NOTE: I cannot accept returns for damaged items due to customer negligence. My items are handmade and have specific care instructions included with your item.
Digital Products
The purchase of digital products (ex. PDF patterns) is final. I cannot accept returns or refunds for digital products.
