Commissions are now open for the 2025 calendar year!
Please read the information on this page carefully before submitting an inquiry.
Before filling out the commissions form below, please be prepared with:
- The type of project you’d like to be made (rug, wearable, etc.)
- The design you would like for your commission.
- You don’t need a fully planned out design—if you have a few inspiration photos, I am happy to work with you to create the piece of your dreams!
- I will not accept commission inquiries for:
- Designs that infringe on existing IP; and
- Designs that are discriminatory in nature.
- The desired size.
My work uses precise craftsmanship and the finest materials, is repairable, and is meant to last generations.
The final cost will vary depending on the type and size of the project, the complexity of the design, and other specifications requested.
I will be able to provide a more accurate price quote once I have more details on your commission request.
Once you decide you want to move forward with your commission idea, I’ll set up a commission contract specifying the project details, time frame, and delivery.
In order to secure the specified date of completion in my schedule and for any work to begin, including work on the draft, an initial deposit of 25% of the total price of the commission is required as proof of acceptance of the contract, along with written consent via email. I will provide an invoice for the deposit.
You will have 10 days to send the consent and deposit.
As soon as I receive the deposit and the consent email, I will work on creating a full-colour mock-up of your commission using a digital art software. I will keep making changes until we agree on a final draft for punching. If any significant changes need to be made to the initial contract (ex. commission size), I will send you an amended contract with the new details on which we agreed.
Once we agree on a final draft for punch needling, I will start the commission. I love documenting my work through photos/videos, and I am happy to provide weekly photo updates on how your commission is going, if desired. With your consent, I would love to make a YouTube video about creating your commission.
Once the commission is completed, you pay the remaining 75% of the commission price and the item will be delivered as previously agreed. If you are not satisfied with the finished item, I will keep the finished piece and the initial 25% deposit but there will be no further obligation on your part.
